Description: 19th century antique Russian miniature egg pendant. Red enameled cloisonne with Imperial Russian double headed eagle carved in silver. In the carving in very small detail you can see St George slaying the dragon. It is marked as it should on the lead silver attachment ring with (84) zolotniks indicating the silver standard, and Faberge's initials in Cyrillic characters for small objects. Please see photographs. The size of the egg is 19 mm high by 13 mm wide, excluding the attachment ring. The year the egg was made was appropriately near 1899-1910. There is no original box with this miniature egg. This egg came from a collection in Pennsylvania, I purchased this more than 30 years ago.
