Description: Up for sale is a gorgeous antique mantel clock. This clock is the “La Rhone/No.502” model by Ansonia. The clock features a nice Royal Bonn porcelain case with an 8 day open escapement movement. Royal Bonn was known for their extravagant clock cases. They exported their cases to high end clock manufacturers across Europe and the US. This clock has a nice green color with gold accents. The dial is also porcelain The clock appears to be in overall good condition and well kept. There are some minor signs of repair, such as a repaired top ornament and center ornament. There is one small chip on the bottom center that appears to have been filled. (see photos). The movement was last serviced in 2019. It ran when recently tested.
