Leitz Wetzlar microtome instrument made 1900-1914.It's made out of extremely thick red painted cast iron, weighs a ton, and in good used condition.It features a wooden handle crank and steel hardware.The piece is in good used condition and everything moves freely.It weighs 32 pounds and measures 12 inches long by 8 1/2 inches wide by 9 1/4 inches tall.There is some paint distress on a small section of the base.
