Description: The reason why our current Feedback Rating is not 100%:If this ad has words merged together, I’m not sure how to fixthat. I have corrected it multiple times and the eBay description section keepsmerging words and then lets me know I have typos- in red. When I list it, itreverts to the merged words. We’ve always had a 100% rating until two recent negative reviewschanged that. The first was for a delay in shipping due to a familyemergency. I apologized and offered to make it right. The buyerwanted to change his feedback after we talked, but it had been toolong to do it (over 30 days). The second negative was over packagingand damage to a tweeter on a speaker. That buyer nevercontacted us. We reached out to them and offered to make a claim on theinsurance and give him a partial refund or full refund if he wantedto return it. That buyer again did not respond. The speaker was well packagedand had no damage when it was shipped. We typically over wrap items, especiallyanything fragile.
