Description: This is a RARE and Hard to Find advertising mug from Anchor Hocking celebrating the 1st Annual Amherst (Ohio) Potato Festival 1984. The back side reads "AMHERST, OHIO SANDSTONE CAPITAL OF THE WORLD". This milk glass mug was produced in the United States by Anchor Hocking. It stands approximately 3 1/2 inches tall and has a top opening of about 3 inches. The bottom notes it is "OVEN PROOF" and is "MADE IN THE USA". The graphics are a brown color and the mug is numbered 70 and 312 on the bottom. Mug is in good vintage pre-owned condition. This mug has been used. Graphics are in good shape for it's age.
