The print on the back is an offer for a large Oleograph reproduction in ten colors of the famous painting BIRTH OF OUR NATION'S FLAG - "22 x 28" suitable for framing for 75 c". The amazing fact about this ad is the address for the order: CHAS. H. WEISGERBER, MANAGER, OLD FLAG HOUSE, PHILADELPHIA, PA. CHARLES H. WEISGERBER (1855-1932) was the artist of the original painting! The front of the ad has a small, 4 1/4 x 3 1/3" version of the picture glued on top of the cardboard, with a 1906 copyright.. The text underneath is embossed: George Ross - Betsy Ross - Gen'l. Washington - Robert Morris Birth of our Nation's Flag by Chas. H. Weisgerber. The advertising measures 5 3/8 x 4 3/4" and it has one damaged corner (please see our 5th photo).
