The dark purple is from a combo of the flock put into roving, The other is from Blackberry (marsh romney with a gray fleece; who as a lamb was always into the blackberry bushes;). I used deep purple and lilac in a vinegar dye bath. I spun both roving on my country spinner. This skein is 125 yards, weighs 8.3 oz (235 grams) and is over 88 inchs around.
