Proof Sets S Mint 1995 & 1997 and "Special Year" Sets for 1998 & 1999 Lot Sale

Description: San Francisco Proof sets for 1995 & 1997 and sets from "That Very Special Year" Philadelphia Mint 1998 & 1999 being sold together for one price. The (2) Proof sets come with COA's as shown and kept in their original protective cases, which pretty much speak for themselves. The (2) business strike sets from Phila. Mint are cool collector items that give descriptive overviews of remarkable moments from1998 & 99' era. Things like Mark Maguire hitting 70 HR in one season, Clinton's Indictment, Michael Jordan's retirement after (6) NBA titles, Y2K computer bug scare, and other moments in history during those two years. I'm selling them together, but I'm willing to sell them separately. Just send me a message requesting which ones you prefer, and possibly come to some agreement. Otherwise, I'm looking to sell the 4- sets together at one price as listed. The only thing to note, is one of the Phila. Mint sets have "D" mint half dollar when it should be a Phila. "P" mint mark.
