Unfortunately one of the two I ordered arrived DOA, leaking badly once installed. For convenience, I chose to order a replacement and return the bad one for refund. My account was credited within a few hours of Speedway receiving the return. The replacement was fine and I ordered a couple of M500 shocks for the rear of the roadster. The bad news was that I paid shipping both ways for the exchange, but it was my choice to expedite and simplify the process. Great product and great service by Speedway.
