The headpiece drop has a cocking handle and right-side tension. PREGNANCY CUTOUT AND CUSHION SET: Thoracic cushion attaches with Industrial Velcro. Remove to reveal cut out thoracic section for your pregnant patient or patient with large abdomen. Two supportive side cushions store in the cutout sling. LUMBO/PELVIC drop is fully active for adjusting your patients while using the cutout. Your patient's can lie prone comfortably and be positioned properly. NO danger of having sensitive abdomens or babies pinched in a spring loaded drop away. NORMAL TABLE WHEN CUTOUT NOT IN USE: When the removable thoracic cushion is in place you have a fully functional, normal configuration 2-Drop Prestige table.
