Description: both spark plugs showed spark as I turned it over in testing. Powerhead 2 stroke as pictured, sold for parts to fix or repair your motor. Hooking it to a compression tester & giving it some good pulls with the cylinders dry I see it goes up to 100 psi on top cylinder & 110 psi on bottom cylinder, It was removed from a motor I bought at an estate. Has normal signs of use & age.. for a 1988 JOHNSON 15HP 15 HP OUTBOARD BOAT MOTOR. Model number on motor is scratched & faded but looks like J15L CCS, cowl picture is just to help date the motor by decals. ,,,,ebay charges & collects the tax not me.
