Description: ** Lampshade and lightbulb not included.** For your consideration, a lovely antique French Empire gilt bronze candelabrum table lamp. The candelabrum dates to the early 19th century and the lamp conversion dates to the 1960s. The candelabrum design, overall casting quality, and construction is consistent with the work of Claude Galle though I have not found any identifying markings. The lamp is in overall good condition with some wear to the gilding, drilled holes to the candelabrum, mild denting at the front of the foot, and a small crack at the foot, as noted in photos. I do not know of the holes are from a previous wiring attempt. The wiring and hardware are in good working order but due to the age I recommend having it checked out by a professional or having the wiring replaced for safety purposes. The lamp hardware can also be removed to use the candelabrum as originally intended. **Signatire required for delivery.** Candelabrum measures 19.5 inches in height, lamp measures 26 inches in height to light socket and 32.5 inches in height with the harp, 12.75 inches in width and 5.5 inches in profile depth.
