No vent holes drilled around the perimeter and no groove to hold a rubber grease cover. 279.4mm well within spec. Liner measurement was taken prior to a quick trip to the media blast cabinet. There is some surface rust from sitting on the shelf. Were it me I'd put a light clean up cut on this one prior to installation. Please see the detail pic of the liner which includes the chamfer. This is the old school method of checking whether or not the lining was in spec. Please see the photos as they are part of the description.
