I try to be upfront about the condition of every item but some things are just plain obvious from the pictures. I usually only send through USPS, but for larger more expensive items I'll consider FedEx or UPS. It's easier to adjust the price to reflect shipping method before payment is made rather than after. Exceptions may be made for "Buy it now" items if I'm not available to respond to your requests in time. I don't make any money off of shipping and I charge only what USPS charges me.
