The competitive ones got 2 EV hyper trained and competitive moveset suggested by Smogon. Pokémon follow this custom level set: base forms are level 1, middle forms are level 50 and final forms are level 100 (Example: Bulbasaur is level 1, Ivysaur is level 50 and Venusaur is level 100).
