Description: Pobeda 2602 Vintage Mechanical Wristwatch 15 Jewels 1970s USSR The watch was produced at the Factory, which was founded in 1906 by order of Emperor Nicholas II. In 1923, under the USSR, the factory was renamed the Maslennikov Plant. During the Second World War, the Maslennikov plant mastered the production of shells for the famous Katyushas, as well as ammunition for all branches of the military. In addition to military products, the plant began producing civilian goods. In 1937, the company mastered watch production, which subsequently produced up to 2.5 million wristwatches a year, including those under its own ZiM (Zavod imeni Maslennikova) brand. The "Pobeda" watch brand also became widely known, production of which began in 1950 and continued until the final closure of the enterprise. The watch is serviced by professional watchmaker.
