Condition is excellent for this piece. Many have more wear or scratches. This could be part of a serious collection though not flawless. There are a few places that show slight rubbing of the stain. Structurally sound. Drawer and writing desk work very smoothly. Doll and writing tablet not included--just shown for scale.
