Description: I loosely assembled this house to determine if all the parts are present. It appears they are almost complete. I did notice a couple of anomalies which I will point out. The house and parts could use some cleaning, I did not detail it all. I also believe there are some extra parts or people in this lot. I believe that the color is a bit faded on the outside, not bad but some. Some things to point out: -No original box or instructions. -Wallpaper for attic is not present but the interior trim is there. -There should be 5 lightning rods or gold finials on the peaks, I found one is broken off, another is missing.-One of the floor plates for the second floor has 3 of the little end nubs broken off. I found this does not affect the construction.-Small second floor porch rail has a corner connector missing, the other 2 connectors are present.- I did not find the 2 white flower pots that go on the porch step corners on the end steps.-The set provides 2 plates to cover the stair holes if you do not use them, they are both present, one has a chip as pictured.-I count 3 horses.-I count 31 people including the 2 baby ones. ( I did not count the bust or the cats) -I did not count all the flowers and pots and window planters, I suspect they are all there but can't guarantee. -In the carpet photo, there is one throw missing but I found it in another area. I believe they are all there. -It appears that all of the curtains are present but could use some straightening. -Not sure if that tall palm tree goes with this, I found it in the box though. Carefully packed for shipping. Disassembled. This is a fairly large and heavy set.
