Building structure is complete, missing minor non-essential parts like railings. Building needs better cleaning as it has dust residue. Building also has several yellowed parts due to extensive sun exposure. Please look pictures, notice the winding staircase and the second to last picture to notice this. Building, and some furniture, have hot glue residue, although I have tried to clean most of it, and there are some screws marks on some plates. Furniture sets miss minor accessories, like cutlery, rugs, hoses, clothespins. Most figures are originals to the sets, but some have alternate body parts, like hair. A few extra building parts are included. Item is heavy so shipping is unfortunately expensive. Will ship securely with extra protection in a cardboard box. Shipping covers for tracked/traced and insurance with Tracked traced and Insured First Class Airmail Universal Postal Union Service. May take up to twenty working days to deliver.
