It’s time they make their way to a new home and off my work table. There is absolutely nothing wrong with them, they are just color ways and a handwriting style I don’t usually use for the decks I make. That said I’d still love for them to have a home and to be used, not just sit idle. So I’m selling them for a heck of a deal. This style of Cartomancy deck is an ode to the way modern Cartomancy and Tarot reading began. Cards were sold with the meanings already printed on them, some had stickers to add. Some, like my family just wrote them on playing cards for folx when they wanted to learn to Read for themselves. I’ve been a Reader and a divination teacher for many years and I make and use these decks for teaching. Using a few keywords you are able to tap into your intuition and get clear concise readings. No need to flip through a little white book constantly; just you, your intuition and your cards. The decks have been opened to make the cards with intention but have not been used. Being handmade the decks sometimes have small imperfections, but never enough to hinder your reading and the cards will be shown in the pictures. I make decks from several different systems, these two are Sophia’s Fortune Telling, on a Bicycle red back deck with pink edges and writing; and Modern US style on a bicycle red back deck with black edges and writing on the black cards and red edges and writing on the red cards.
