The easiest way to find your armlock length would be to take your traditional putter, assume your comfortable, regular putting position, turn the butt end of the putter against your wrist area, and measure from the butt end of your traditional putter to approximately 2 inches below the crease of your elbow. Add this measurement to the length of your current putter. For example, if your traditional putter is 34” long, and you measure from the butt end of that putter to 2 inches below your elbow crease, and this measurement is 6”, your armlock putter length should be 40”. If the butt end of your armlock putter is anywhere from 1” to 3” below your elbow crease in your normal putting position, you are good to go.
