The important part is the measurements. If you are unsure of what you need, please ask for clarification. Each flange comes with a new size 20 (1.27mm) center pin. This is the size most suited to this particular flange. If you need a different size, please let us know. We might have a closer match, and definitely have advice on how to modify them. For comparison purposes: I deem these flanges to be "Normal", only because I have the most of them. "Common" would probably be a better term. All of my other listings will be compared to these flanges. Picture #3 shows important measurements: Equally important to the overall length is the distance from the center pin hole to the screw hole. Slightly less important (because wood can be sanded or carved) is the angle at the bottom, and the gap where the ridge of the action nestles in. We expect to cater to the inexperienced do-it-yourselfer and do not mind questions!
