Description: Hello and welcome! Up for sale is this Rare 2017 Peter Lik "DOWN BY THE WATER" Chicago City - Limited Edition # 102/200 Photograph with COA 27.5" x 19". It's in excellent condition all around and has been professionally framed very recently. The photo was trimmed on the bottom to make the photo fit properly in the frame that was chosen because I didn't like the extra length, and the frame would've been much wider. The bottom of the photo was trimmed and saved on the backside of the frame to prove it's a legitimate Peter Lik photo. It's also hand signed by Lik with the serial # right on the photo. This photograph also comes with the certificate of authenticity plaque in a folder. See all photos!
