We always make sure that you don't lose any important part of your picture. We also try not to stretch pictures ( unless customer require ) so they always look natural. After printing all pictures will be deleted as we do not share them with any third party companies. Feel free to ask for sample picture, so you know how it will look like while printed - please note it is only a draft preview. Exchange/Refund policy Ultimate Line offer item exchange free of charge but buyer is responsible for sending item for exchange and return postage costs. Also buyer is responsible for re-sending P&P costs. In situations where the item has been returned in a different condition, used or damaged ( due to poor packing ) we regret to issue refund or exchange. Please make sure your package things properly.
