The year can be changed at the bottom and a personal message can be added where shown in the item images. Please keep the personal message fairly short. We can add long messages but we would have to make the text smaller to fit. Please be very clear in your personalisation instructions to avoid any delays in production and posting. If you have any doubts, please contact us and we will help out any way we can.These labels are made from digital media vinyl and are printed and cut on a Roland large format printer. They will stick to most types of surfaces and are actually water proof. The labels simply peel off the backing paper. For best results, please remove the original label from your bottle and place one of these in it's place.
