Description: A fantastic quality reproduction pair of Victorian Beehive door handles. This style of period door handle were very popular in the Victorian and Georgian periods. These are a rich warm solid brass and manufactured from an original pair using the same original proportions, weighing nearly 1kg (2.2lbs) per pair not to be confused with similar hollow ones. They are unlacquered with an antique finish so they will continue to age and tarnish but can be polished back to shiny with a Brasso type product. Detachable rose and threaded spindle so they can work with rim locks or latches. Displayed on a standard width 4 panel door.
