Colors come in both translucent and opaque and were developed to mimic the appearance of true glazed ceramics. This Gloss Medium is part of the Porcelaine 150 paint line and is used to add shine to colors when used at a 1/3 gloss to 2/3 color ratio. It can also be used in liberal quantities to add glossy transparency to colors, so you can produce transparent, pastel colors. In addition, it allows for more "open time". Colors are water based and non-toxic. They are also completely removable until baked in a kitchen oven at 300 °F/150 °C for 35 minutes.
