Patterned Bronze or Brass Door Backplate surround / Rosette 1.75" / 2" Opening

Description: This surround / backplate adds substance to your Hollywood Regency door handle. My husband (who has a Phd. in Metallurgy) swears this is bronze (because bronze is cast, and brass is rolled sheets). I frankly think it looks like brass, but it is most definitely cast. You decide. Anyway, it has lovely patina. Dimensions:Exterior: 3.5" x 2.5" x 0.5"Interior opening diameter: 1.75" measured at inner ring. 2" measured on secondary ring.Center to center: N/A - no screw holes. Relies on door handle to provide pressure to keep attached. Unpacked weight: 6.2 ounces Condition: Very good condition, commiserate with age. Good brass surface patina. Slight overpaint around edges. No mentionable issues such as big scratches, bashes, breaks, or repairs. Always happy to pass through discounts on combined shipping.
