I counted a total of 25 charms, spacers and clips in all. I don't think you could fit another one on here. If you had to buy all of these charms new, it would cost a small fortune. This is a great deal for someone who just wants a full bracelet, and isn't super particular about the charms. No Murano glass (the cheaper ones) all sterling silver. The Queen Bee, the twisted rope, the cupcake and two other charms with flowers all have 14k yellow gold accents. I checked all of the charms. The charm with the bunch of grapes is Italian (not Pandora) and one other with flowers is marked 925 14k RCI. All other charms are marked with the Pandora ALE mark. This is a heavy bracelet. It will fit (snugly) a 6.5" wrist, or will definitely fit smaller. You can see the size on the ruler. I believe this would be considered 18 cm size.
