Description: Offered is the antique soft cover book "A Souvenir of Buffalo, Niagara Falls and the Great Pan-American Exposition", published in Grand Rapids, Michigan by the James Hayne Co. in 1901. The Exposition, considered a World's Fair, was held in Buffalo from May 1 to November 1, 1901 and was the site of President McKinley's assassination in September, 1901. There are dozens of full-page captioned black and white photos of the ornate buildings of the Exposition, as well as some of scenes from the Buffalo-Niagara Falls area, including the falls themselves, several steamships, etc. The book is approx. 9" x 7". The pages are not numbered but there appear to be approx. 46 or so. It is in very good condition. The soft cover has no tears, creases or holes (except for the three pre-punched holes), with just a few small spots of light wear and a few marks. There are no missing or torn pages and all of the pages are well-attached to the cover. They have yellowed slightly but are otherwise clean and clear. I see no writing in the book. I have a lot of experience with vintage and antique books but am not an expert so please let me know if my description is missing information and you have additional questions. I will do my best to answer them! Please take a moment to look at some of the other items in my eBay store!
