It is loose inside the middle of the magazine. This magazine is part of a collection that has been in the same hands close to 50 years. Magazine does have some minor wear and scuffs due to the age of the magazine. Each magazine issue will be inside of a magazine bag, with cardboard on each side to keep it sturdy.
