Description: 5-1/2" round hand forged dish with star motif and 2" cast maple leaf attached designed by Arthur Palmer for his company Palmer-Smith (PS). This is a very special piece. It is marked 200 H on the reverse. The artist, Arthur Palmer was a successful salesman/merchandiser for Marshall Field and Wendell August Forge (WAF) before starting his own company in 1935. With the advent of WWII Palmer's aluminum was confiscated for the war effort. He was paid scrap price for the material. Please email me with any questions. I only ship within the U.S.
