Races at Nelson Ledges in Ohio always attracted some excellent drivers in very competitive race cars such as Porsche, Shelby Cobra and Mustang, Ferrari, Jaguar, Cooper, Corvette, Lotus, Lister and more. Participant race patches such as this item were given to race entrants at great road racing tracks like Laguna Seca, Road America, Bridgehampton, Watkins Glen, Lime Rock, Mid-Ohio, etc. and are rare to find in unused condition. Each of these are 3.0” in diameter, in excellent unused condition (see photos), and would look great sewn on a vintage racer’s driver’s suit, or displayed as part of a diorama.
