As mentioned, this item is 25 years old & I do not know if the paint is still useable although they appear to be okay. I am selling this kit as a ‘Display Only’ item. Therefore – this kit is being sold ‘AS IS’. Returns will only be accepted if the item is in the same condition as received (original shrink wrap cannot be opened or any other damage not caused by shipping) which contains the product, will be accepted for a refund.
