During his 20 year pastoral tenor in Bracebridge, Ontario, Earl was involved as a chaplain at the Muskoka center, was administrator an instructor for the London Baptist Bible College satellite campus, and became the founding president of A Word in Season Ministries, a devotional newspaper column and radio ministry. In 2003 Earl joined ABWE Canada as a missionary professor of theology where his responsibilities include writing college and seminary curriculum, and teaching these courses in developing countries throughout the world. Along with serving the Lord and enjoying his family, Earls favorite pastime is fishing in the lakes of his home area of beautiful Muskoka, Ontario, Canada, where he and his wife Kathi reside.
