Original Vintage Signed Chinese Watercolor Painting Roses Butterflies Framed

Description: Very nice original watercolor and or acrylic painting on cloth most likely silk but I'm not an expert- The painting is professionally framed and matted, and the frame is made to look like bamboo- Gold guilted exceptional! The outside frame dimensions are approx. 14 X 25 inches and the inside matt dimensions are approx. 7 X 18 inches I used Google Lens to try to interpret the writing and added a picture of what it came up with take it for what its worth unfortunately I do not speak Chinese See pictures for condition and interpretation What's wrong with it? Excellent ready for hanging some minor scuffs and scratches on frame but not noticeable.
