Description: An original full-sized Twenty Years Victory in the Great Patriotic War (WW2) Medal (1945-1975), issued by the Government of the Soviet Union. This is a Russian-made medal, with ribbon mounted to aluminum backing and featuring a small pin fastener on the back side.
