Description: ORIGINAL & Near MINT 2-Piece 11th Airborne Patch As Worn In Pacific Theater Click images to enlarge Description This is an ORIGINAL shoulder sleeve insignia for the 11th Airborne Division which paratroopers could purchase in the PX and stores surrounding Ft. Bragg and Camp McKall, North Carolina during WWII. The insignia is in two pieces with a separate "Airborne" tab which appears to have neatly sewn to the patch, since its lettering is somewhat dingy compared to the lower's. Both pieces are fully embroidered and in NEAR MINT unused condition. Here's an opportunity for the airborne insignia collector to obtain an example of the patch of this famed unit of the Pacific Theater of Operations for his collection. The buyer will have my usual unconditional guarantee of authenticity and a five-day (not the 30-days which they insert in my listings without my consent) right of inspection and return/refund privilege, excluding postage.
