The fish cracker will quickly expand so make sure you use a large pan / wok!5) Wait until it turns slightly brown. This will take around 5-10 seconds.6) Remove the fish crackers onto a colander.7) Now it is ready to be eaten! Dip it in chilli sauce, yummy! Note: You can cook it in large batches and put in a container. Make sure to let the fish crackers cool down first before you close the container's lid otherwise it will later be soggy / sloppy.
