Description: For Your Consideration: An original Charles Cumberworth bronze, called “The Tambourine Dancer”. This beautiful bronze was created during his lifetime in the late 1830’s to early 1840’s. It has amazing detail as all of his bronzes do. What makes this bronze one of his lifetime bronzes is the base. Other bronzes produced do not have this base which separates the originals from the posthumous bronzes. This Bronze is about 10.25” tall and the base is 3.75” in diameter. This might be one of the rarest bronzes ever offered on Ebay. Please note she is missing her tambourine and nameplated at base. If she still had her tambourine and name plate this would be going to one of the big auction houses. See Pics. Thanks for Looking. Low start bid.
