Issued to Irvin G. Miller licensed to sell vinous, spirituous, malt or brewed liquors at retail for one year from April 1st 1916 in Berks County PA and signed by the Clerk of the Quarter Sessions. Really a rare piece of pre-prohibition memorabilia. Nice looking with the gold seal intact. It's about 8 1/2 inches tall and 13 3/4 inches wide.
