Description: >Offered here is an old and original 1940's/50's BICKMORE GALL SALVE vintage store display sign!! Please see all nine photos, as they are an important part of my description. This rarely offered vintage sign (sturdy and thick cardboard) measures approximately 34" x 22", and features two (2) easel-back "pull-outs" on the sign's reverse for counter display (it does not appear they were ever used!). As you can see, the offered POS (Point of Sale) store display is quite colorful, utilizing bright blue, yellow and red colors. The mountainous scene depicted on the display features a "string of horses" (or horse caravan), meandering on a steep terrain trail. Underneath "Bickmore Gall Salve", it reads: "For all wounds and sores on animals". Along the display's bottom border, another product slogan states: "Be sure and work the horse". Outstanding piece of vintage equine/horse advertising...I believe the store display is circa 1940's-1950's at the very latest. <>Condition: the store display is in *Fine Shape* overall, showing light-moderate age/handling faults that should be visible in my numerous photos. The sign displays wonderfully!!
