A few impurities in the glass, none with any radiations. Embossed PATENT on the shoulder. Base embossed DYOTTVILLE GLASS WORKS PHILA with a 5 in the center. The only thing keeping this bottle from being drop dead mint is some light scattered haze that would easily tumble to mint with just polish. 11” tall.
