Description: Hand made asado cross for open fire cooking. Made in the USA! Cross is 60" tall and cross pieces are 24" with six holes in each one to attach your choice of meat to be cooked. There are two meat hooks included for cooking whole animals. The three cross pieces are fully adjustable up and down on the main bar. There is a stake included to hold the cross. It can be driven in the ground at your desired cooking angle. It allows the cross to be lifted out and rotated to switch which side is on the fire side.
