It is crafted of either maple burl, birds eye, or quilted maple from souther Oregon or northern California. In the album there are 8x8 mats from Photo curio (insert stock no F77A) as well as plain pages (non photo mats). They alternate. The album includes 6 plain pages and 6 photo mats. You also will receive a pack of extra sheets that can be added in as well. This album has never been used, but there are some orange spots on one of the pages and a couple scratches on the cover. The bottom of the album does have cork feet to prevent scratching, but these have some signs of wear and movement. Measurements and condition are shown in the photos.
