Description: Fresh California olives for home curing, 2.5 pounds. Super large Sevillano variety, organically grown for eating fresh or canning. All sizes are included, ranging from large (nickel size) to Super Colossal (half Dollar size), with the average size of at least Jumbo (quarter size). These are raw olives, and can't be eaten until they are cured. Hand picked from our small, pesticide free, family owned olive grove in the Central Valley of California. Curing instructions are readily available on-line. Its not hard, and there are many flavor options to choose from. Harvested as the orders come, shipped fresh the same day as picked. Order any day of the week - shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays so they will arrive as fresh as possible. Keep refrigerated until ready to cure. (Please do not order if you expect freezing temperatures in your area, the olives can be damaged if they freeze).
