Description: Old vintage antique Heller upholstery hammer w/ 7 oz. head. This hammer was originally magnetized so that the split "claw" end could pick up a steel or iron upholstery tack and hold it while making a starting strike, but, it has lost about 99.9% of its magnetism over time and use. Also, all of the hammer surfaces show quite a lot of wear, dings, scuffs and scratches and the handle is painted blue on its lower half and has a smear of brown paint on its upper left side just beneath the head.
