Description: Beautiful vintage or antique small, rounded rectangular dish, made by Edme Samson in France, Armorial Pattern, with a mark they used for their Asian Export Style Porcelain. Beautiful pattern with flowers, a linked gold chain pattern on the edges, and gold trim. Rust, green, gold floral with trees and an armorial shield in the center. About 2 3/4" long and 2 3/4" at widest point. Age unknown; Edme Sampson made china from its founding in 1811 to 1969. From what I can tell, this is an older stamp in the Asian chop style. Compote, fruit dish, trinket tray, dresser tray, nut dish, salt dish, or for display.
