Description: NON-ANNIVERSARY DESIGN TOKEN. This is a new collectible token (single token per auction) for the old design Palm Springs Aerial Tramway in California. On the front side, a image of a Tramway Car over the valley, ascending the mountain, and the words "Palm Springs Aerial Tramway - Opened September 1963". On the back, another image of Tramway Car and the words "Palm Springs Aerial Tramway". This is the non-Anniversary design token. The Anniversary token would look similar but say “50 Years of WOW!” This is a new token in good condition. It is silver/pewter looking with black accents that my camera may not show. These tokens are about the size of a quarter and are sold at some National Park System parks and attractions. $1.00 First Class mail. Thanks for looking.
