During his career Wieghorst sketched and painted hundreds of pieces of work, of which only 92 were issued in limited prints. His work hangs in a number of museums including the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum in Oklahoma City and the Whitney Gallery of Western Art in Cody WY. Private owners included Hollywood Celebrities, Art Patrons, Industrialists, Investors and 4 U.S. Presidents. Olaf Wieghorst paintings sell for $25,000 to over $500,000.
